We didn’t expect much of Vegas so we preferred to spend more time in the Red Rock Canyon, a beautiful National Park very very close Las Vegas. It was very cold so we decided to get back in the car and continue to Vegas. On our way to Las Vegas we saw a sign at the road to Calico Ghost Town and decided to make a stop. Calico is a ghost town and former mining town in San Bernardino County, They’ve found a lot of silver here. The final part of our road trip! We woke up in Barstow, a small town somewhere close to the desert at Route 66.
